I’m a pastor and ministry strategist with 20+ years of experience who cares deeply about the local church and the leaders who serve it. I believe that when churches are healthy and aligned, they are able to make a far greater impact in their communities and around the world.
Most churches are full of passionate leaders, meaningful programs, and a deep desire to reach people for Christ. But over time, ministries can begin to drift apart. Teams become siloed, leaders grow overwhelmed, and the mission that once felt clear starts to feel scattered.
